is there also another way to order your book. Cause the problem is, that im from germany and i have no "master card" and no "visa".
Would be nice to get an answer.

Hi Kathy,
thanks for writing! The easiest way is to find domebody who can lend you his/her credit card, or Pay Pal account, many people in Europe have such things... Personally I never had a credit card, jut a normal ATM debit card and paypal account...
Another way is to send the money through Western Union, but it will cost you another 15 euros or so...
because they charge you comission.
Let´s try to find some way...:-)
