On the way from Jachal, San Juan to the hitch-hiker`s meeting in Cerro Colorado, Córdoba, we had to cross deserted La Rioja Province… In the beginning we thought we had made a bad move when accepting a ride to Talampaya NP...
Not so many cars on the road, as you can see. We even had time to invent possible "Quilmes" adds targeting hitch-hikers...

please; let me ask you, do you feel relax when you built your tent somewhere like under bridges?
Wel, I wouldn't do it in the outskirts of Buenos Aires.... but there is no problem in small towns and cities. Depends where. I don't do it too often anyway... It is better to ask around until somone points a better place, or even invites you to camp in their garden!

i use the same strategy while travelling overnight with my bike. that realy starts a beautiful relationship between you and the owner of the house.
